A Little About Me
My Practice
Do you find yourself struggling with self-doubt, guilt, or confusion in your relationships—especially with your mother, family members, or partner? You may carry a deep sense of not feeling good enough, or find it hard to trust yourself or others. Perhaps you're constantly second-guessing your decisions or feel overwhelmed by emotional triggers that are hard to explain.
These experiences are more common than you might think, and you're not alone. Early relational wounds—particularly those rooted in childhood or emotionally neglectful environments—can quietly shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how safe we feel in the world. The effects of narcissistic abuse, developmental trauma, or a painful maternal relationship can linger long after the events themselves, leaving behind emotional patterns that feel difficult to untangle on your own.
My practice offers a compassionate, grounded space to explore and begin healing these dynamics. One of my core areas of expertise is helping clients recover from complex and challenging family relationships, especially those involving narcissistic partners or difficult mothers. Together, we’ll work to rebuild your sense of self, establish healthy boundaries, and help you connect with a calm, centred place within.
I also bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work, informed by my Italian heritage. Growing up within a culture that often places strong emphasis on family loyalty, emotional closeness, and unspoken expectations has given me a deep understanding of the pressures many clients feel when trying to balance their own needs with cultural or generational norms. I hold space for this complexity with care, compassion, and insight.

What I'm Like
Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and collaborative. I aim to create a non-judgmental and emotionally attuned space where you feel truly heard, valued, and safe to be yourself.
I integrate a range of approaches—including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies—tailored to meet your individual needs. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how early relationships and emotional wounds can continue to echo in adult life.
My Italian background has shaped not only my sensitivity to family dynamics and emotional expression, but also my belief in the importance of connection, authenticity, and relational warmth in therapy. I bring both professional expertise and genuine human empathy to our work.
I’m not here to give quick fixes or impose a rigid process. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are and support you in reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have felt lost, silenced, or misunderstood.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
In therapy with me, you’ll find a confidential, compassionate space to explore your experiences at your own pace. We’ll work collaboratively to make sense of what’s going on for you—whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, healing from emotional abuse, or seeking clarity around old patterns that keep resurfacing.
Our sessions may involve identifying unhelpful thought cycles, exploring emotional triggers, developing practical coping strategies, or simply creating room for your story to be heard. Over time, therapy can support you in cultivating emotional resilience, self-trust, and greater confidence in your relationships and choices.
Each session is tailored to what feels most helpful and relevant to you. Whether you're looking for deep inner healing, more emotional clarity, or a safe space to process difficult experiences, I’ll walk alongside you with care and consistency. I also understand how cultural identity—including expectations around family, gender roles, and emotional expression—can shape how you move through the world. I honour these nuances in our work together.
Our first session
ur first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual understanding. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your current challenges, and discuss what you hope to achieve through our work together.
I’ll also take time to understand your background and life experiences, including cultural or family influences, so we can begin to shape a therapeutic approach that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
If anything here resonates, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation. This short call gives us a chance to connect, answer any questions you may have, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
