Would you like to feel more at peace with yourself and develop a sense of security in your own body, mind and life? Having an awareness of how past experiences affect our present situation and relationships can bring a greater sense of ease and freedom.

I’m a fully qualified, Masters level psychotherapist and mindfulness mentor who is passionate about passing on to others the same benefits of support that I received when I needed it.
I trained precisely because of the profound experience I had when I was fortunate to find a great therapist and mentor. That experience inspired my studies so I could offer a version of the help I received to others who needed it. This is still what inspires me in my work today. I want to offer you the same kind of support I received, that had such a beneficial effect on me.
I’m fascinated by ongoing developments in the fields of mindfulness, psychotherapy and neuroscience and I feed this ever evolving learning into my work with clients, to help them improve their mental health and well-being, every day.
The emphasis is on helping you find your own answers within a safe, accepting and expertly held environment.
My MA is a recognized UKCP training, accredited by University of Middlesex. I am a member of MEPA (Middle East Psychological Association), BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and EMCC Global (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
I work with clients online, worldwide. Helping individuals find clarity and calm through open discussion. Providing weekly online fully confidential therapy and therapeutic coaching.
I use my specialist training in mindfulness and other modalities to provide proven, practical methods to support you.
What I'm Like
I love working with people who are ready for change and feel they have reached a point where they want to look at what isn't working and to try something new, even if it they know it might be hard, they are willing to give it a go, gently and at a careful speed.
I use my extensive training and years of work as a psychotherapist and combine this with my lived experience to offer you a supportive space where you can enjoy the safety of science-backed interventions alongside a gentle sense of humour and acceptance.
I will sometimes share my own experiences with you, if I feel that might be helpful and I will always do my best to allow you the space you need to question anything about the sessions or the content or to talk at length on a subject if you feel we need to go deeper into that area before moving on.
I will encourage you to take action, so that we don't stay stuck in what is difficult but together find solutions to move forward with grace, confidence and clarity.
Mindfulness is, at the very centre, a belief in the unique value of what is happening in this unique present moment. Meaning what arises in our sessions is a unique product of the two of us working together in that unique moment. This is where the potential for transformation lies.
We will work with what comes up for you as an individual and I won't ever offer a 'cookie-cutter' solution or tick box set of answers/questions but will respond to your unique situation as the precious human being that you are.

What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Sessions are online and usually weekly for 50 minutes, however once we have worked together for a while I do have clients who move to fortnightly or monthly if that suits their schedule.
All of our sessions are kept entirely confidential and I abide by the ethics and confidentiality rules set out by BACP and UKCP.
We will cover whatever feels important at the time and the sessions will follow a pathway that is agreed by us together.
Our first session
Our first session will enable you to share with me the reason you decided to come for therapy or coaching and what you hope to gain from the sessions. I will share my insight with you based on what you are dealing with and will do all I can to make sure you know you are in a safe and supportive place with me. There is nothing at all that I am uncomfortable about hearing. As human beings we are complex creture who often carry with us many memories and experiences that are really things we need to share with another in order to lighten the load. I am not afraid of any of the heavy or griefy parts of your life, I welcome this just as much as I welcome and wish to celebrate the beauty and joy with you, whenever this feels appropriate for you. Sessions are confidential.
