Testimonials

“Time flew by when I worked with Olya, and I felt supported and understood in every session. Olya is kind, calm and great at listening and reflecting back to you things you might not notice yourself. And she thoroughly explains the science behind the work you do (important for someone like me with an analytical mind). After just a few weeks my challenges felt smaller and much more manageable. Our work together gave me the tools and techniques I needed to feel in control of my life. Would highly recommend Olya! ”

A Little About Me

My Practice
I help ambitious women manage anxiety, overthinking, and imposter syndrome, so they can feel calmer, more confident, and in control, especially when life feels overwhelming. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and hypnosis in a practical, evidence-based way. Each session is collaborative and tailored to you, helping you understand your mind, break unhelpful patterns, and build confidence from within. In my therapy practice I create a kind, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, reflect, and learn tools that make a real difference in your day-to-day life. I like working with people who are self-aware and driven, but often caught in cycles of self-doubt or overthinking. I believe that therapy is a space to understand yourself more deeply and begin making changes that feel aligned with the life you want to create.
What I'm Like
Therapy with me is approachable and collaborative. I will gently guide you through the process, offering insights and practical tools you can use beyond our sessions. My style is kind, open-minded, and reflective but I also believe in lightness and humour when it helps us see things from a new perspective. I am naturally curious and creative, and I bring that energy into the room, helping you explore your thoughts with compassion and without judgement. Outside of sessions, you will usually find me exploring London’s wellness spots, painting, or dancing around my apartment with a matcha in hand. I love art, music, fashion, and quiet moments of reflection. I also enjoy sharing self-development tips, reflections, and little glimpses of everyday life on Instagram and TikTok, feel free to connect if you’d like to get to know me a little better 💛

What Can You Expect From My Sessions

Free therapy chat (15–30 min) A friendly first conversation to see if we are the right fit. You can ask questions, share what’s been on your mind, and get a feel for how I work. I will also let you know if I am the best person to support you, and if not, I will happily point you in the right direction. First session (90 min) Our first session is a space to slow down and explore what’s been bringing you here. Together, we will get clear on what you’d like to work toward and outline a plan that feels manageable and supportive. Ongoing sessions (60 min) Each session blends structure and flexibility. They are grounded in CBT, mindfulness, and hypnosis to help you build awareness, work through challenges, and learn tools you can use day to day. The number of sessions varies for everyone, but many of my clients start noticing positive shifts within 4–6 sessions.

Our first session

Our first session is a gentle introduction to therapy and a chance for us to get to know each other. We will explore what brought you here, what you’d like to focus on, and what feels most important for you right now. The session lasts 90 minutes, giving us plenty of space to talk things through without feeling rushed. I will share my initial thoughts on how we might work together, and when it feels right, I often end the session with a brief hypnosis or relaxation experience tailored to your needs to help you feel centred and calm.
