A Little About Me
My Practice
I use an evidence-based approach that combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and clinical hypnosis to help you get out of unhealthy vicious cycle, and build lasting positive changes in your life.
It is goal oriented and time-focused. I don’t want you to become dependent on me to create change in your life. During our sessions I’ll teach you practical tools and techniques that will allow you to become your own “therapist.”
I don’t believe in toxic positivity or forcing yourself to think happy thoughts. Therapy with me isn’t about pretending everything is fine: it’s about understanding your mind, your existing coping strategies, managing stress, and building confidence in a way that actually works.
All sessions are always tailored to you, and you get free hypnosis and meditation recordings whenever we do it during the session. You also have unlimited support via email.

Outside of therapy sessions:
You will probably finding me exploring London’s wellness scene, attending the latest art exhibition or painting, or dancing around my apartment with a matcha in my hand 😉
I am passionate about celebrating small wins - so you will often find me treating myself to a nice lunch, booking a concert ticket, new shoes, or meaningful piece of jewellery.
I am also into creating content, sharing my self-development tips, latest lifestyle finds, and what I’ve been up to recently on my Instagram and TikTok (I never gate-keep). If you are into it, let’s connect on there 💛
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Free therapy chat (15-30min):
A chance for us to get to know each other. This is your chance to ask any questions about therapy. I also need to assess if I would be able to help you. I never take clients outside of my sphere of competence but will be happy to refer you to a colleague who would be a better fit.
First session (90min): - £120
Space for us to get to know each other, discuss what brought you here, and set clear therapy goals and decide on the plan.
Ongoing sessions (60min): - £85
Structured to help you develop self-awareness, challenge negative thinking patterns, and build practical coping strategies.
The number of sessions needed will be determined during our first session but usually my clients need 4-6 sessions to see results.
Our first session
Space for us to get to know each other, discuss what brought you here, and set clear therapy goals and decide on the plan. When possible, I also like to finish the first session with brief hypnosis experience (tailored to the client).
The first session is always 90 minutes to allow us space and time to go through everything without rushing.
