A Little About Me
My Practice
I believe that every person already has the strength and wisdom within them to heal, grow, and thrive—they sometimes just need the right space to tap into it. My coaching style blends a holistic, trauma-informed perspective with co-active coaching, CBT, and DBT tools. I consider each client’s emotional and cultural background to ensure the support feels personal and grounded.
When we work together, it’s a partnership. I bring compassion, intuition, and deep Presence into Presencession. I’ll ask meaningful questions, gently challenge limiting beliefs, and help you reconnect with your values to move forward with clarity and confidence. This is a space for your vulnerability, truth, and growth.
Core Values
Empathy & Presence: I mePresencexactly where you are—not where you think you “should” be.
Empowerment: I’m not here to give advice but to help you find your own answers.
Authenticity: I show up fully as myself and invite you to do the same.
Growth: I see challenges as doorways to deeper awareness and transformation.
Cultural Sensitivity: I honor every story, identity, and background that shapes who you are.
Who I Love Working With
I feel most connected when working with people navigating life transitions, especially:
Single parents rediscovering their strength and identity
Women moving through breakups or divorce who feel a bit lost or stuck
.
Adults healing from burnout, low self-worth, or people-pleasing patterns
Arabs and Middle Easterners who want support that genuinely understands their cultural lens
I especially love working with people who are insightful, self-aware, and ready to dig deep—even when it’s complicated. We might be a great match if you’re searching for healing, clarity, or a way to feel more at home in yourself.
What I'm Like
My coaching style is deeply collaborative, intuitive, and heart-centered. I'm not the kind of coach who tells you what to do—instead, I walk alongside you, asking meaningful questions and helping you uncover your answers. Transformation happens when you're genuinely seen and heard, not when you're being fixed or "advised."
I bring a calm, grounded presence in sessions that invites safety and openness. I hold space for big emotions and deep reflection, but I also know the power of lightness—so yes, humor has a place in our work together! Sometimes, laughter can be just as healing as tears.
I'm gentle but honest. I won't sugarcoat things, but I always speak with compassion and curiosity, not judgment. My clients often feel supported and challenged, which is precisely the balance I strive for.
Whether we're navigating a heavy moment or celebrating a breakthrough, I'm fully present with you. You bring the insight, the courage, the truth—I have the container to hold it all.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Our time together is a space designed just for you, rooted in intention, presence, and care. While each session is tailored to your emotional, mental, and spiritual state at the moment, there’s always an underlying sense of direction and purpose.
Some sessions may be more structured, especially if we work toward specific goals or integrate tools from CBT or DBT. At other times, the work is more fluid—guided by what’s alive for you. Whether we’re unpacking a life transition, exploring limiting beliefs, or reconnecting you with your values, the process is always co-created.
How We’ll Engage
I engage with deep curiosity and compassion. I ask intentional, thought-provoking questions to help you access your wisdom and clarity. I’ll also reflect on patterns, invite new perspectives, and gently challenge you when needed—always with your growth in mind.
We might sit in silence for a moment. We might laugh. You might cry. It’s all welcome here.
Our sessions balance grounding, insight, and empowerment. You won’t leave with a checklist of advice—you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools to support your growth, and the inner clarity to move forward with more confidence and alignment.
Our first session
Starting something new—especially something as personal as coaching—can bring up a mix of feelings. Our first session is about creating a sense of safety, connection, and clarity around how we’ll work together.
We’ll begin by simply getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you here, what’s feeling tender or unclear, and what you’re hoping to shift or explore. There’s no pressure to have all the answers or tell your whole story right away—this is your space, and we move at your pace.
I’ll also share my approach and how sessions typically flow. If it feels supportive, we might start exploring a grounding practice, a few coaching questions, or some early intentions you want to set.
More than anything, the first session is about building trust. You can expect to feel deeply listened to, judgment-free, and met exactly where you are. There’s no “right” way to show up—just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
