A Little About Me
My Practice
My approach to therapy is centered on genuine human connection, collaboration, and guidance. I see psychological support as a way to accompany people through challenging moments in life — helping them feel less alone, supporting them in discovering their inner strengths, and empowering them to move forward independently.
I work in a client-centered and eclectic way, adapting to each person’s unique needs and personality rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all over the world, especially expats and those navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, or complex life transitions. I find meaning in helping people reflect, make sense of their experiences, and witness those powerful "aha" moments of insight or change.
What I'm Like
My work is guided by empathy, cultural sensitivity, and non-judgement, values that I uphold in every session to create a space where clients feel safe, accepted, and heard.
My sessions naturally weave together moments of light humor and genuine rapport with deeper spaces for reflection and insight — creating a therapeutic experience that feels both human and meaningful.
Ultimately, I see myself as a guide — not doing the work for my clients, but walking alongside them with care and expertise until they’re ready to move ahead on their own.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Sessions with me are tailored to meet you where you are.
If you come in with a specific goal or something particular you’d like to work on, we’ll focus our time together on that and create a clear path forward.
If things feel a bit more vague or you’re still figuring out what you need, we’ll take our time to explore, reflect, and uncover what goals or changes might be most meaningful for you right now. Our work is always collaborative — I engage with you through reflective questions, gentle analysis, practical tools and exercises, deep listening, and when relevant, exploring past experiences.
Each session brings something new and builds on the last, making space for insight, growth, and direction.
Our first session
The first session with me is all about easing into the process and getting to know each other.
It's a space to build a sense of trust and connection, while also starting to explore what brings you to therapy, what your needs might be, and what you'd like to work toward.
We'll take time to clarify expectations, go over how the process works, and begin shaping the direction of our work together — all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
