I am strong believer in individuality and that we can't group people in categories even if they come from similar backgrounds. we live in a world that is very high paced and we need to learn to take a step back and just exist. finding ourselves in a world is very demanding can be very difficult and I believe we all need help to see the bigger picture. I am inspired by Acceptance and commitment therapy, in it's essence it indicates that the world is a difficult place and it's important for us to understand are values and commit to the life we want to live not the life that is expected of us. I work with individuals from all ages and backgrounds. I work with identity, sexuality, relationships and mood disorders the most.
