A Little About Me

My Practice
Every day, we juggle numerous hats—partner, parent, sibling, son/daughter, employee, leader—all while navigating the untold stories of strength, pain, and resilience. Behind the scenes, there lies our struggles with self-doubt, relationships, and the quiet ache of not feeling enough. Together, we can untangle what’s holding you back and reconnect with your authentic self. In this space, we’ll honour the complexity of your experience and work together to lighten the weight you carry, finding healing, clarity, and the freedom to live life on your own terms. I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their life challenges and the pressures of societal expectations. Using an integrative relational approach adapted to your unique journey, I draw from different therapeutic modalities to unravel the impact of past traumas, build self-awareness, and create lasting change. I invite you to explore more about me and my approach on my website. There, you’ll find insights into how I work and how I can support you in navigating life’s complexities. Thank you for considering me as a partner in your well-being. I look forward to walking this journey with you.
What I'm Like
I engage with clients through gentle inquiry, deep listening, and respectful challenge, always aiming to create a sense of safety and empowerment. Whether we’re exploring relational patterns, processing trauma, or reconnecting with your inner self, our work together is guided by your pace and readiness.

What Can You Expect From My Sessions

In our sessions, clients can expect a compassionate and collaborative space where your inner world is met with curiosity, care, and respect. My integrative approach means I tailor the work to suit your unique needs, drawing from different madalities such as psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and creative exploration. Some sessions may be more structured—especially when working towards specific goals—while others may be fluid and exploratory, allowing space for deeper emotional insight and self-discovery. I often invite creative or body-based work into the process, such as visualisation, painting, play or tuning into physical sensations, to help access parts of you that may not speak through words alone.

Our first session

I offer a 30-minute online discovery session designed to initiate your therapeutic journey. During this session, we'll have the opportunity to explore your personal needs and goals. It's a great opportunity to explore how therapy can support you, clarify any queries you might have, and most importantly, start building a meaningful connection.
