I am a goal-oriented and versatile executive career coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accredited to the PCC level—a recognition earned after more than 500 hours of coaching and meeting rigorous international standards. I am also the founder of Boost up, my coaching and training company based in Luxembourg.

• PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation, reflecting my dedication to high ethical standards and excellence in coaching
• Train the Trainer Certificate from House of Training Luxembourg (37 hours, highest honors)
• Professional Licenses: Firework Career Coach and DISC Trainer

• 60+ hours of ICF-approved Continuing Coach Education (training courses, mentor coaching, and supervision)
Professional Background:
Before starting my journey in Coaching in 2018, I spent over 10 years in diverse banking roles. My firsthand experience working with coworkers, clients, senior management, and stakeholders allows me to truly understand and address the challenges professionals face.
Since 2018, I’ve worked as a coach, helping individuals navigate career transitions, gain clarity, grow in their roles, escape burnout, and find fulfillment. Through Boost Up, I’ve guided mid-level professionals in making the changes they need to achieve meaningful success.
I’ve also developed and delivered high-impact workshops focused on cultivating leadership competencies and empowering professionals to thrive in their careers.

Your coaching journey begins with a Free Career Boost Session to see if we’re the right fit.
During this session, we’ll:

• Explore our connection to ensure we’re a good match—because chemistry is key!
If we decide to work together, I’ll outline the coaching agreement and clarify roles. By the end of our call, you should feel inspired and excited about taking the next step. It’s okay to feel a little nervous too—that just means you’re ready to step outside your comfort zone and create real change.
