A Little About Me
My Practice
My approach is grounded in CBT but always tailored to your own personal experience. I draw from Schema Therapy, ACT, and mindfulness when it feels helpful, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. The goal is to make sense of what’s holding you back and work toward meaningful, lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.
I work best with adults, young professionals, and expats who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. If you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or constant overthinking, therapy with me can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself again.
What I'm Like
Sessions with me tend to feel natural and easygoing, even when difficult topics come up. Many clients say they feel comfortable opening up early on, whether the conversation is deep or light.
I work in a collaborative way—gently guiding the process while leaving space for you to lead. There’s room for both reflection and relief. I know how to balance serious work with light moments, and I’m able to take a pause with you before guiding us back into focus.
My aim is to create a space that feels genuine and safe—so you can show up exactly as you are.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Sessions are shaped around what feels most helpful to you. Sometimes they’re structured with clear goals and tools, and sometimes they’re more open and reflective—it all depends on what you need.
You can expect a space that is supportive, flexible, and responsive to your pace. I’ll offer insights, strategies, or questions to help you understand yourself better and move toward change, but always with curiosity and care, not pressure.
Therapy with me is a shared process—we figure it out together.
Our first session
In our first session, we’ll simply get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to understand what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and how things have been feeling for you lately.
There’s no pressure to share everything all at once. This is a space for you to feel things out too—to see if this feels like a good fit.
By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of where to begin and what the journey ahead might look like.
