A Little About Me
My Practice
In my practice I use evidence-based hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and various practical ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy) and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) strategies, tailored to each of my clients.
I predominantly help corporate millennial women worry less and sleep better so that they can have enough energy to perform at their best at work and at home. I also support women in business improve their self-esteem, boost confidence and learn how to manage their stress.
My clients' typical journey goes:
- from feeling tired & low energy to feeling energised & confident
- from feeling overwhelmed & worried to feeling calm & focused so they can drive their careers
- from sleeping poorly or insomnia to waking up rested & refreshed so they can enjoy life fully.
My core values are: curiosity, collaboration and empathy. I listen and do not judge. Ever. Our sessions are a safe space for you to be, dance or cry however you may feel like. I'm here for it all.

Since my approach is grounded in evidence, practicality and effectiveness, together we cut through the "fluff" and focus on strategies & tools that fit your life.
Working well together, aka ‘our therapeutic alliance’, is my main goal. We are ‘in this together’, as a team, collaboratively helping you achieve your goals. My approach is aimed at nurturing growth and improvement from day one.
I use humour and curiosity in my sessions because life's too short to be boring, and therapy is no exception. Curiosity and humour are bringing more joy into our lives and I'm all about joy.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
During our sessions, you should expect to gain practical tools and insights to navigate your journey with confidence and resilience. In between sessions you should expect to practice various exercises, listen to recordings provided, or perform your own little experiments in real life. All of which would be discussed beforehand and personalised to your specific needs.
I believe therapy works for as long as you are interested in actively participating in it. We will go at your own pace, and will take baby or giant steps, as needed. However, you need to take charge of your own development.
All sessions are held online, weekly through a secure platform. I am fully insured to work with clients from around the world.
Our first session
First things first - we will get to know each other during a 15-min call (free of charge). This is the time when we would get a feel if we are a good match and if indeed I can be of service. Once we decide we would like to work together, we will schedule our first session.
Each session lasts for either one hour (60 minutes) or 90 minutes (for the initial consultation). During the initial consultation you should expect going into detail about the issue(s) that brings you to see me. Together we will try to understand what is going on and how overcoming said issue(s) may look like for you. As a consequence, we will set goals that feel achievable in order to have a clear measure of success and collaboratively decide on the first steps needed.
