A Little About Me

My Practice
My practice is all about empowering individuals to tap into their strengths and build resilience. I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where people feel heard and understood. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a focus on overall well-being, addressing emotional, mental, physical, and social aspects. I love working with motivated individuals of all ages, including parents, helping them set and achieve meaningful goals, overcome challenges, and enhance their overall quality of life.
What I'm Like
As a practitioner, I am collaborative and aim to create a warm and supportive atmosphere. I balance being both directive and flexible, depending on the needs of the person I'm working with. My style is adaptive; I incorporate humor when appropriate to help ease tension and foster a relaxed environment, but I also engage in deep, reflective conversations when the situation calls for it. My goal is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, understood, and empowered throughout their journey toward well-being.

What Can You Expect From My Sessions

In our sessions, we start with an initial assessment to understand your unique needs and challenges. Together, we'll set specific, meaningful goals and create a clear plan to achieve them. The process is both structured and flexible, allowing for exploration and adaptation as we work towards your objectives. I engage with you through open dialogue, practical exercises, and reflective discussions, ensuring a responsive and supportive therapeutic experience.

Our first session

In the first session, we will ask questions to assess your needs and help you elaborate on your concerns. You can feel free to answer only the questions you’re comfortable with or share whatever you want. We understand that it can be hard for some people to open up to someone new, so we ensure a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can take things at your own pace.
