My Practice
At the heart of my practice is a belief that true healing happens when we feel safe enough to meet every part of ourselves, even the ones that have been hidden, avoided, or silenced for years. As an Accredited Transformational Hypnotherapist I bring openness, empathy, and emotional depth into every session; creating a grounded space where clients can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with who they truly are beneath all the noise. My approach is solution-focused, collaborative and compassionate; I’m here to guide and walk alongside you as you unearth the deeper layers and begin to reclaim exactly what you need. I specialise in working with women 35+ navigating life transitions, identity shifts and those quiet undercurrents of self-doubt that mindset work alone hasn’t shifted. I also love working with fellow therapists, coaches and practitioners - those who support others, but often forget they deserve the same support too. There’s something powerful about holding space for the space holders - the ripple effect of that work goes far and wide! Through hypnotherapy and subconscious healing, I’m here to guide you back to the version of you that feels most aligned, joyful and truly enough - in your mind, body & soul.
What I'm Like
Clients often describe me as warm, passionate, easy to talk to and with a soothing tone of voice! I bring a real sense of empathy to each session, but there’s always room for a little humour when it’s needed (usually through my own experiences) as I feel laughter brings lightness to what we’re working through. My style is very collaborative - I see the our time together as a partnership, rooted in connection, trust, and a shared intention for positive change. I’ll always offer reflections, insights and suggestions, but I believe the most powerful work happens when you come with curiosity, openness, and a real desire to shift what’s no longer serving you. I’m not here to tell you what to do or who to be - my role is to gently yet purposefully, guide you to reignite and reclaim yourself.

Every session is rooted in my signature 4-step method: - Unearth the ingrained, subconscious beliefs that have been quietly running the show - Surrender the resistance and release what no longer serves you - Restore inner confidence, trust, worth and joy - exactly what you need to thrive - Heal through forgiveness, compassion, self-trust and a deep reconnection to self While this process offers some structure, the journey we take together is always led by your needs. Our time together is: - Fluid – We go with what naturally arises. No two sessions are the same, and we follow the depth that feels most aligned. - Flexible – There’s no pressure to rush. We work at your pace, in your rhythm, for real integration and change. - Focused – The work is always tailored to you, your narratives, experiences, patterns, & goals. - Foundational – At the heart of every session is safety, trust and a grounded connection between us. That’s where the true shifts begin. I stay engaged throughout, offering reflections, support, and encouragement during and in between sessions. You’ll be supported every step of the way, because I know this work is deeply personal, and deserves to be held with care.

Our first session

Your first session with me is a 90-minute deep dive - a gentle, but powerful Unearthing session. We explore your past experiences, current patterns, and hopes for the future through conscious questioning, helping us uncover the deeper beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. It's more than a conversation, it’s the beginning of real clarity. There’s no hypnotherapy in this first session, because I believe in getting to the root, not just treating the surface. The insights we gather become the foundation for your personalised treatment plan, ensuring our work together is completely aligned with what you truly need. Clients often leave this first session feeling lighter, clearer, and more hopeful - literally like they’ve finally exhaled after holding their breath for far too long! In our next session, we move into hypnotherapy, fully tailored to your unique patterns we uncovered. You’ll be guided into a calm, relaxed state (similar to meditation), where your subconscious becomes open to new, empowering suggestions. You’ll remain fully in control, simply listening to my voice and enjoy the gentle relaxation. Some clients remember everything, others just fragments, but your subconscious hears it all. After you'll feel fully refreshed and able to go about your day, beginning the reframing work.
