A Little About Me
My Practice
I’m a coach and a crisis interventionist and I've been working in the mental health space for 10 years. I’ve gained my clinical experience working with neurodegenerative diseases, substance abuse, resilience training and habit formation. Professionally, my coaching style is Solution-Focused, meaning we focus more on how to get you where you want to be with what you have - with your development happening on the way. Having coached over 200+ both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, I am always determined to unravel unhelpful patterns in practical experiences across all walks of life.
What I'm Like
Before I tell you more about my practice I'd like to tell you a bit about myself. I pride myself on being a non-judgemental and open minded practitioner with a major focus...on you! I strongly believe well-being, mental resilience and pleasure are not just ‘nice to have’ but essential for a satisfying life.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
The main goal is to help you discover how to collaborate with yourself, not against yourself. I aim to give you real-world working strategies and tools to maximise your chances of completing your tasks when you don’t feel like they’re achievable. We will work with balance in mind, looking to support you in a bespoke and empathetic manner.
Our first session
During our first session, it's all about finding a shared reality and set a tone to work with easy. We won't fix anything in one sitting but I will focus on exploring where you currently are and how could sustainable moving forward look like. This is your space to bring all your questions, however small or seemingly insignificant. Our sessions will always be a two-way street.
