My Practice
As an Emotional Resilience Coach, my work is all about helping women face life's ups and downs without falling apart, so that they walk away with tools like pocket-sized courage they can carry with them anywhere! I work with women who’ve carried too much for too long. The ones who are done surviving and ready to start LIVING!
We slow things down, tell the truth, and work on what’s real. We don’t rush healing here. We build it one small brave step at a time.
What I'm Like
I’m calm, warm, and real. I don’t have an ounce of judgment in me. You can tell me anything... truly.
Family and friends tell me I’m a good listener. I say it’s because I listen to understand, not to reply.
In our sessions, I’ll ask honest questions and help you see what’s underneath the surface. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes it’s quiet, but it always feels safe. (Fun fact - my sessions are called "Your Safe Hour", and that is EXACTLY how you feel in every session - SAFE.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you while you find your own strength.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
I don’t believe in quick fixes or pretending everything’s fine. I've been there and it always annoyed me when I see or hear people who are supposedly "calm" 24/7! We are humans, women at that, and we operate on a 28-day cycle. Sometimes we sore high, and sometimes we are at our lowest. It's how we tackle all of this that's important and that actually makes the difference.
Every session has a clear purpose, but it’s never rushed. We start where you are and move toward what matters most that day. I’ll walk beside you, not ahead of you. I’ll ask the right questions, the ones that help you see what’s already inside you.
You’ll be surprised by how much strength and potential you actually have. I believe every woman carries power within her. Sometimes she just needs the right space and person to help her find it.
You’ll always leave with something real; a shift in how you see things, a calm next step, or a plan you can hold on to.
Our first session
Your first session is about getting to know you- what’s been heavy, what you’ve tried, what worked and what hasn't, and what your goal is, your key takeaway at the end of the program.
We map out what’s going on in your life and pick one small area to start with. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and a bit more hopeful.
There’s no need to prepare or say things “the right way.” Just grab your coffee (or tea) and come as you are.
